My name is Janne Siera and I'm the main driving force behind Siera Solutions. With a lot of technical experience under my belt as a developer, I grew tired of having to make compromises in how to make software because of low standards and failing company culture. Siera Solutions was born.

Now I have assembled a team around me of professionals who I love to work with and who take building software seriously. Our company fosters openness and learning. Behind me stands a worldwide network of passionate people working remotely. A freedom that is brought forth by responsibility towards each other and the project.

We take on projects that we actually believe in. Our ideal project is one where we are having a direct impact on how people work, making day-to-day lives better.
